Commission paintings & portraits

It goes without saying, that each commission piece is unique. I have 30 years experience so I know the right questions to ask to ensure you receive a piece you love. If you're wishing to request a commission piece, please reach out via email. I look forward to hearing from you.

STEP 1
Send an email with as much info as you can think of. Ref image/s if appropriate. Size you wanting. Intended placement / use of the piece. When you're hoping to have it delivered. Your city location. And your contact details.

STEP 2
I will then work with you starting with a discussion of what you're looking for, your expectations, styles, size, reference material, delivery location, framing options and deadlines. This may even include a basic concept sketch or digital composite to help explain the concept. A firm price (that includes postage) will be provided at this point for approval before any work commences.

STEP 3
Once details and price has been agreed to in writing, a 50% deposit is required before work commences.

STEP 4
Depending on the customer and expectations, progress images/videos may be provided throughout the creation, but please respect that this will be at my discretion of how much and when this is provided. 

STEP 5
Once the piece is complete, I will be in contact to arrange delivery (or collection) details and agree on final payment date. If you live outside of Brisbane Australia, proof of completion will be provided, this may be a face-time call.
