Caring for your polymer clay creation is quite easy. Please do not place in microwave, oven or dishwasher. A gentle hand-wash with luke warm or cold water and a small amount of detergent, then let it air dry / drip dry. To dust, use a soft clean makeup brush and lightly brush over it as required. Polymer clay is not food safe. Long exposure to water is not advised. Whilst Polymer Clay is somewhat sturdy, it is still very fragile, never apply unnecessary pressure or tension to any of the items.

Returns/Exchanges
I do my best to accurately photograph my products, I don't accept returns or exchanges.

Lost/damaged packages
I take the greatest care to ensure all orders are wrapped as well as possible to avoid damages, however once it leaves me there are factors in which I can't control. If your order is damaged or lost/stolen during shipping, I cannot replace or refund as this is not something I can afford to do as a small business, but please contact me so we can try to figure out a possible resolution.
