Stretched Moment

Exposed and naked she feels the freedom of movement without clothing restricting her. She drives her energy down her spine through to the earth as she stretches feeling powerful and confident in her own skin. She pushes her own limits appreciating her body for what it can do, rather than what it looks like. She leans further into the stretch, pushing through her insecurities and thoughts of self-doubt she has about her body. Reminding herself of the strength and resilience of her body and releasing the emotions she's been holding onto.
